How do I add multiple employees without importing a csv file?

 
  1. In the navigation list to the left, click on the arrow next to Employees to open the sub-menu.
  2. In the available list, select Bulk Add / Edit Employees.
  3. Press + Add Employee.
  4. You may either edit the newly added row to setup this first employee or use + Add Employee to add as many rows needed before editing.
  5. You will be unable to continue until there are no red cells. Below the list of employees, to the right, will be an error count.  When all errors are addressed this button will become Validate and Save.
  6. Press Validate and Save.
  7. If you encounter any errors, a change you made may have introduced a duplicate value, for example two employees may now have the same PIN number. PayClock Online will attempt to correct this and you will need to Validate and Save again.
  8. Once this completes you will be presented with a Success screen.
